The UCC ACM Student Chapter is hosting a Workshop on Programming Competition training sponsored by Qualcomm. This workshop includes talks, exercises and a mini competition in the afternoon with great prices from Qualcomm. Annual General Meeting

The UCC Association of Computing Machinery (ACM) Student Chapter runs events throughout the year to enhance students knowledge of computer science beyond the course curriculum. One major event is the annual Irish Collegiate Programming Contest which, brings over 150 students from other universities to UCC to compete on their programming and problem solving talents.

IrlCPC'10 Success

Congratulations to all the competitors in the first ever ACM based IrlCPC in University College Cork. It was an amazing day overall.

IrlCPC Registration Extended

We have received a number of requests to extend the IrlCPC deadline. In order to facilitate those who want to compete but are still organising their team, we have extended the IrlCPC deadline to the 2nd of April 2010.
