Game AI Workshop

Monday, January 16, 2012 - 18:00
G18, Western Gateway Building, UCC

The ACM Queue is holding an online game programming competition for colleges all over the world. Participants will develop a player to play a game called Coercion. Coercion is a two-player game, where competing players each try to claim as much playing field territory as they can. Each player controls three moving pieces called pushers. Using these pushers to strategically position markers of various colors around the field, players can acquire territory by coercing it to switch to their own color.

The UCC ACM student chapter would like to gather individuals interested in this competition to form teams and collaborate on strategies and ideas. If you are interested, please come along to WGB G18 on Monday 16th January at 6pm where more information will be provided.

More information about the competition is available from the ACM Queue website at
